A conference primarily by and for young people who want to have autonomous knowledge of their own bodies. Workshops, skillshares, and discussions centered around principals of self-empowerment, with sessions involving nutrition, herbs, alternative therapies, and living the revolution."

Schedule:
9:00-9:30 am Check-in coffee and maybe fruit available.
9:30-10:30 am Intro: Get-to-know you and facilitated discussion on the philosophy of health (what is health? what is alternative health?) and issues of responsibility and self-awareness.
11:00am-12;45pm Nutrition and Food Preparation Workshop: learn about cooking with foods ideal for your personal risk factors including how to balance proteins and vitamins if you choose a diet with limited or no animal products. Includes cooking and eating lunch together.
1:00-2:30 The Revolution is Inside of You- collaborative presentation on the historical context of the Western medial establishment’s connection with racism and genocide and the revolutionary act of and resistance through holistic health practices.
2:45-3:30 Intro. to Capoeira class/skillshare: Capoeira is a physical tool developed by African-Brazilian slaves to practice fighting skills in an somewhat acrobatic and physically intense dance movement. A fun, athletic, and well-developed resistance technique.
4:00-6:00 Herbal Healing Workshop which utilizes the Wise Wombman path to healing as taught by Queen Afua and Susun B. Weed. Discussion and sharing of testimonies will aid us in creating overstanding for the whole person, whole health, and whole community. Valuable information for people of all genders.
6:15-7:30 Intergenerational panel discussion on abortion and reproductive empowerment in American history. Includes a brief discussion of today’s political and social environment surrounding access to abortion, and a panel women who experienced the abortion rights movement from before Roe vs. Wade until today. Snacks and drinks will be provided at beginning of session.
7:30 and on- Dinner on your own. Relaxation, skillshare, and networking over food and massage. Antioch hosts GenderFuck, gender-bending party.
