The Save The Water Campaign is primarily run out of the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom to oppose the privatization of water in both Western and developing countries. The privatization of water has led to poor people (predominantly women) to not be afforded the most vital component of life, which is water. Instead, they will no longer be able to afford water if it is completely privatized. This is a women's issue that affects people globally!
