Bio
Basav Sen is a Co-Coordinator of the World Bank Bonds Boycott campaign, which puts political and financial pressure on the World Bank to change its lending policies. Basav is a native of India, and has been involved in struggles for justice for more than a decade, with a particular emphasis on fighting neoliberal globalization, the IMF, and World Bank. He also has experience in immigrants’ rights struggles, housing justice struggles, community media, and political street theater.
