United StatesOrganic Volunteers is a network of educational opportunities in sustainability. Our website contains hundreds of hands-on learning possibilities such as organic farming internships, permaculture courses, natural building apprenticeships and natural midwifery training. There are two ways to use Organic Volunteers, as a host or as a volunteer. Hosts are people and organizations that are offering an educational opportunity and volunteers are people looking for education in sustainable living. Volunteers use our list to contact hosts and work out the details of their own arrangements. (Note: The word “volunteer” can be misleading as we also list many paid positions.)
