+234 802 977 1100Action Group on Adolescent Health started out as a student organization under the parent body, The Campaign Against Unwanted Pregnancy (CAUP). It was founded on the 11th of October, 1997 as the outcome of a two-day workshop organized by CAUP for medical students.
Its objectives includes:
(i) To promote and educate young persons on sexual and reproductive health and rights.
(ii) To promote young person friendly health care services.
(iii) To educate policy makers on the sexual and reproductive health and rights of young person – friendly health care services.
(iv) To undertake research into health problems of young persons in Africa.
(v) To address any other issues pertaining to the health and well being of young persons.
