United StatesUNITE HERE is a progressive labor organization, representing approximately 440,000 workers in the hotel, restaurant, textile, industrial laundry, gaming and food service industries in North America. These industries employ large numbers of women, recent immigrants and people of color. UNITE HERE is committed to raising the living standards of the people who do some of the most “invisible” work in North America, among them: the workers who clean hotel rooms, wash hospital sheets and serve food in cafeterias and airports.
