For decades students have come to Padre Island to enjoy the sun and surf provided by this national treasure. Although it is home to 17 endangered or threatened species and serves as a crucial remnant of Texas' natural heritage, BNP Petroleum wants to drill on this national seashore for only one day's worth of natural gas, in addition to sending all profits overseas. Join the Texas SSC and Sierra Club Padre Campaign to stop this reckless drilling for Alternative Spring Break 2005!
