United StatesSouthern Energy Network is excited to announce our regional conference is BACK! This year, we’re celebrating 10 years of the Southern Energy Network, so we’re invested in making this the best SSREC yet.
SSREC inspires, trains, and activates youth organizers in the Southeast to combat climate change, advance renewable energy, and end environmental injustice in our region. The conference brings together hundreds of amazing young people for a weekend of speakers, workshops, community, and action.
SEN was founded at the first SSREC in 2004, and over the past decade, it has activated thousands of Southern youth to take action combat climate change in their communities. In celebration of the past decade of the Southern youth climate movement, we will focus on creating a sustained, collaborative community of Southern organizers working for climate justice.Geographical Scope: State Conference |
