This dynamic, kickstart event seeks to unite youth activists and educators from across the country and throughout the Bay Area to raise their voices and take action for Human Rights.
This year, Amnesty International celebrates 50 years of human rights advocacy and leadership with its Annual General Meeting in San Francisco at the historic Fairmont Hotel. The Youth Summit will kick-start our Annual General Meeting and add to the excitement and celebration of Amnesty's milestone accomplishment. Destination: Change Our World Youth Summit will provide a special platform for youth (14-25) to learn more about Amnesty International's work and become dynamic student leaders who take human rights activism to a new level on their campuses, communities and beyond. The gathering features informative workshops on effective human rights leadership and our lineup of special guests include experts from the field along with youth activists and trailblazer of this generation.
