610-566-0156The 2008 Design Science Lab will be held at the UN and UN International School June 16 - 23, 2008. This year's Lab is focused on energy solutions to global problems. Participants will develop solutions to global problems under the general umbrella of the UN's Millennium Development Goals. Participant's are briefed at the UN by UN personnel at start of program and their work is presented at the UN at end of session. There is also an ONLINE Lab Extension from June 25 - August 29 for Lab participants and others, who want to further develop their solutions so that they can enter them in the $100,000 Buckminster Fuller Challenge or get them into a business plan or proposal format to in order to attract the funding needed to implement their solution. The Lab in NY and the online Lab are directed by Medard Gabel of BigPictureSmallWorld.
