617-869-6551A group of Musicians and Artists from Rwanda will be launching African Heritage Month in Roxbury, MAssachusetts on July 7, 2007. Sponsored by the Universal human Rights International, (UHRI) and the Pan African Community Coalition, (PACC), the event will bring African groups together to jointly showcase their cultural heritage and solidarity. Admission is free. Additionally, the event will seek to address local humanitarian issues impacting American children in the community. African traditional instruments, songs & dances will be the highlight of the event. African childrens' book will also be on sale at reasonable prices.Geographical Scope: Local Conference |
