Participants should have an interest in developing intentional leadership skills, learning more about LGBT issues and establishing coalitions within their campus. What you will get out of this conference:
Participants will gain learning opportunities and leadership development for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender community and their allies.
Take-home resources so participants can bring program, services to their institutions with a how-to tool kit.
