Everyone's talking about blood diamonds, but in Guinea it's blood aluminum!
Guinea produces half the world's bauxite – a mineral needed to make aluminum-- which is controlled by Alcoa Aluminum, Reynolds, Alcan, and other U.S. and European corporations.
African people get nothing for their resources, and are forced to live on a dollar a day or less. The solution isn't charity, but for African people themselves to take back their land and recourses!
