Come out on Thursday, October 5th and join the diverse, chill crowd at Aqualounge, located at 323 W. Girard Ave in Northern Liberties, for a benefit show featuring visiting revolutionary hip hop artist Son of Nun, from Baltimore MD and hip hop collective Cypher: Dissident, from Ithaca NY. Also playing are local Philadelphia psychedelic/experimental music by Murder House and Noise.
$3 cover charge at the door, 21+ entry, and the show starts at 10pm.
The money raised benefits African People's Solidarity Day, the November 2006 national teach-in for solidarity with the movement to liberate and unite Africa and African people worldwide.
