Pride at Work provides the space to share our experiences, learn new skills and build stronger relationships. No Turning Back 2006 will bring together progressive activists, thinkers, and leaders to unite our groups, elect our leaders, and educate our supporters. We will focus on education, skills-building, networking and unionism. Participants will learn and apply tools to win equality with our unions, our communities, our governments.

No Turning Back 2006 has prominent progressive leaders providing skills-building workshops and informative plenary sessions. Our pre-conferences will provide intensive training and education on specific topics. Further, the No Turning Back 2006 agenda features programmed free time and networking sessions. We demand that you and your family have fun! We will provide the time to explore San Diego and enjoy the family-friendly resort. Moreover, we will allot time for networking and caucus sessions to exchange ideas with your allies. Ample space will be provided for planning and sharing prior and during the convention.

The Awards Dinner Under the Stars and Pool Luau are the signature events of the conference. See presentations from winners of our prestigious national awards, the Joan Brewington Award, the Van Sheets Award and others.
