Come out on Sunday, July 23rd at 2pm to hear African Liberation leader Omali Yeshitela discuss his new book "One Africa! One Nation" at the First Unitarian Church, 2125 Chestnut Street in Center City, Philadelphia.
Leader of the Uhuru Movement and Chairman of the African People's Socialist Party, Yeshitela's new book is a collection of articles and presentations by Yeshitela and other African people from around the world working to build the African Socialist International, the worldwide organization to unite and liberate Africa as the birthright of African people everywhere.
Yeshitela's new book exposes the basis for the poverty and suffering of African people in Africa and around the world, documenting the expropriation of Africa's resources through the slave trade, direct colonialism and the economic and political domination that continues today. Yeshitela speaks with a bold voice that calls on African people worldwide to unite their homeland, liberate their people and dispense with colonial borders that continue to divide and oppress African people.
