Description
This is a call for solidarity from the National Black Farmers Association and the Black Farmers & Agriculturalists Association.

Black farmers from around the country will rally and march in protest of the discriminatory treatment by the United States Department of Agriculture.

Black Farm Leaders Demand:

*A moratorium on foreclosure of black farmers by the USDA

*Reconsideration by the Department of Justice and the USDA of thousands of black farmer cases managed by
unlicensed attorney Margaret O'Shea.

*Congressional legislation to compensate black farmers for losses due to discrimination

This rally will include speakers from Black Farmers Organizations as well as Civil Rights Organizations

10:30 -- Rally

At 12:00 noon we will march to the U. S. Senate
Between 4:00-6:00 p.m. we will meet with leaders of the U.S. House and U.S. Senate.
