Leveraging our latest victory with Boise Cascade, Rainforest Action Network and a global movement of grassroots activists and allies are targeting Weyerhaeuser, one of the world’s largest and most destructive logging companies. Weyerhaeuser, a $19 billion company, is a top logger and distributor of endangered forest products from North America, South America, Australia, and the Pacific Rim. RAN will campaign against Weyerhaeuser until it stops trafficking in old growth products. In the grand tradition of American patriots, suffragists and activists, RAN utilizes education, non-violent direct action, and grassroots organizing to transform the global marketplace and save natural habitats, livelihoods and lives.
