really becoming aware of the social and economic injustices, and the need for change. but I'm really lost and don't know what direction to point myself in. I also need to find a group of like minded people who I can learn from, and grow as in activist. I would also really love to get involved in some organized events. I guess I could honestly say that the first thing that begin to open my eyes was the documentary called better this world. which if you haven't seen it it's about the 2 kids that pro tested at the RNC and were subsequently arrested for making molotov cocktail bombs and were later demonized in the media and called domestic terrorists. if anyone has seen it they know it's far more complex than the description I've just given. however you get the point. something awoken side of me and it's been growing ever since. so I need to find a group organize with and start making a difference in this world. weather you're close by or not can anybody help????
