315-443-7876Our Syracuse chapter of SEAC is currently working on two campaigns. First, an environmental justice campaign in which we are trying to stop the county government from putting an environmentally unsound, dirty sewage treatment plant in a predominantly low-income, african-american neighborhood on Midland avenue. This campaign is currently expanding to prevent a sewage treatment plant in downtown Amory Square. Secondly, we have a demilitarization campaign in which we are primarily trying to get a high level, executive education program for the U.S. military off our campus.This is a campus group.
