This program thoughtfully integrates action towards successive advances in early warning, reduction in national armed forces and nuclear weapons, nonviolent means of conflict resolution, peacekeeping and peacemaking, the inclusion of women in conflict prevention strategies, transparency and other confidence-building measures, disarmament, and the increased use of international courts of justice regarding genocide and crimes against humanity.
