401-465-2274The URI Administration is drastically rolling back student rights as well as expanding its power and jurisdiction, both on campus and off campus. The judicial system is a Leviathan, with a chokehold on the student body. We are working to petition against the most recent changes to the student handbook, approved by the Faculty Senate on 9/22/05, to ensure oversight and accountability of the system by having open meetings, and to protect the principles and ideas that our rights are founded on.This is a campus group.
