This April, join some of the nation's leading environmental and
progressive trainers and organizers for the second annual Hoedown
in the Heartland. With the Midwest shaping up to be the
battleground region for 2004, students from across the Heartland
have a giant opportunity to ensure we have Regime Change here at
home. The Hoedown, organized in memory of Greg Schrieber, one of
the nation's leading student activists, will bring together
trainers from such organizations as ForestEthics, Greenpeace,
Greencorps, Project Democracy, the Apollo Alliance and many more.
But the Hoedown is more than just a training conference. It?s also
a time to meet amazing activists from all over the Midwest. With
this in mind, this year?s Hoedown promises to continue the
tradition of throwing the best activist party in the Midwest.
Plus this year you'll get to listen to singer-song writer Brenda
Weiler, free of charge.
