(Facilitator: Deadria Farmer-Paellmann) Students all over the United States are boycotting JP Morgan Chase student loans.
They enslaved 14,250 people in America. They are worth 1.2 trillion today, but still refuse to pay reparations.
Other banks that enslaved people are: Bank One, Bank of America, Fleet Boston, and Wachovia.
Slavery caused a lot of harm in this world and people are still recovering from it. These banks have a responsibility to pay their share of the costs. They do not have a right to keep what they stole from fellow humans -- years of income and wealth.
Students can help make them pay their slavery debt by choosing different banks for their student loans.
One student can change the world, that student is you!
