Withdrawing Contractors from Iraq

Will the US withdrawal from Iraq include contractors? Obama's commitment to withdrawal is already sketchy. He might leave 30,000 troops in Iraq, possibly in a permanent US base, and call it withdrawal, move many of the troops to Afghanistan - or he might just completely change his mind and not withdraw at all.

Besides that problem, there is the fact that almost nobody is talking about the contractors. The occupation of Iraq is already more privatized than any other US military intervention. Will US withdrawal include the private contractors? Will it include only US private contractors (there are many contrators from other countries)? Will the US outsource the war to a coalition of private contractors and countries like Georgia and Poland?

I suspect that other countries and private contractors aren't qualified to handle the war in Iraq and would make a mess of it, but it's possible that they could pull it off together with a trained Iraqi security force/army.
