HELP ME SAVE MY CAT

please helpme save my cat. A year ago I found a stray cat in my yard. 2# months after finding him A "lady" claiming to be the owner yet having no proof wanted me to give her the cat. I refused. She sued and lost then appealed changed her story and won. She says she believes cats belong outside . This is an indoor cat. I do not believe it was ever hers she stil has no proof. No photos no vet records no nothing. Help me please. I believe if returned to her the cat will be dead in a month.

Judge Jerry Lewis collin county court at law number 2 denied all our motions despite certified coppies of her former sworn testimony proving it is ok to lie in his court. she lied we showed proof he did not care

The biggest problem is the judges ruling that a cat owner NEVER looses ownership unless they are the ones to give the animal up. How is this going to effect cat adoptions of strays?
as for the appeal it will be tough as she set the value of the animal at 50.00 the court of appeals may not even consider it and I have no money to hire a lawyer
Ruling also ignores city ord.as several of you have read I am trying to save my cat on Monday oct 4 2004 at 9:15 am I will be protesting again in front of the court house on graves avenue in Mckinney texas. I did recieve some feedback when I was there Tuesday but havuing more people there would help greatly as a group our voice will be louder as one it is a whisper. please donate 2 hours of your time to protest peacefully. This has been oked by the local police. Signs such as( Judge Lewis rewards perjury) Leave biscuit with the family he knows)( Judge Lewis ignores the law )( Judge Lewis enemy of the stray cat ) Nio evidence not a problem in county court 2)
