United StatesOur movement opposes the University of Minnesota's closure the General College, which served the majority of first-generation, low-income, disabled, and students of color who came into the University. We oppose the privatization of public higher education and advocate equal access for all. The GCTM is made up of University of Minnesota students, staff, and faculty members, Twin Cities high school students and other community members.
