TAKE PART (Positive Action for Responsible Television) is an initiative run by The Media Project. It serves as an alternative voice to the PTC by supporting networks' right to free speech. Each month, TAKE PART recognizes shows that have accurately and honestly depicted human sexuality. It allows members to send emails to the FCC and networks in support of television shows that discuss issues such as abortion, teenage pregnancy, emergency contraception, etc.
